
Job Description
1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
2. Create compelling and relevant content for social media posts, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
3. Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and, monitoring trends.
4. Collaborate with the brand team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
5. Monitor social media analytics and track key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve social media efforts and drive innovation.
7. Assist in the development of social media campaigns and performance analysis.
8. Carry out tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
3. Proven track record of managing social media accounts and driving engagement and growth.
4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
6. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
8. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
