Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Content Analyst. The Content Analyst will be responsible for developing web content and content strategies, conducting research, writing, proofreading, and editing.

Responsibilities

  • Developing, implementing, and managing campaigns that promote StephanieJohn&Associates and its clients’ products and services.
  • Driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers for our various clients and StephanieJohn and associates using keyword-targeted content pieces.
  • Communicating and cooperating with the account management team to produce well-researched content for publication online and in print.
  • Developing and following an editorial calendar, and collaborating with other members of the team to ensure the timely delivery of content materials.
  • Developing related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs.
  • Organizing writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines.
  • Utilizing industry best practices and familiarity with the client’s vision & mission to inspire ideas and content.
  • Synthesizing research and turning it into compelling stories in a range of formats, for a range of audiences.
  • Editing, revising and delivering content strategies and materials across varying communications channels on tight timelines
  • Staying ahead of trends by using industry knowledge and research to drive content ideation and writing.
  • Creating error-free, professional, and high-visibility deliverables such as blogs, press releases, case studies, social media snippets, media scripts and client presentations.

Qualifications

  • Web Content Writing, Writing, and Creative Writing skills
  • Experience in developing content strategies and conducting research
  • Proofreading and Editing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge or interest in marketing and brand building
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing trends
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in PR or strategic communications
