Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Ads and Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at Tech Champions. The Ads and Social Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns across various platforms, as well as managing content development and social media presence to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital advertising strategies, content creation, and social media management, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of achieving results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective online advertising campaigns to promote Tech Champions’ products and services.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences and align with brand guidelines.
- Manage social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram) to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster community growth.
- Develop and curate engaging content, including articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and more, to support marketing objectives and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop a content calendar and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital advertising and social media marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure alignment and coherence across campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and allocate resources based on performance and priorities.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve maximum results and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years working in digital advertising, social media management, and content development.
- Strong proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- In-depth knowledge of ad targeting options, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad creatives, content, and messaging.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and results.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
