We are currently seeking a full-time Financial Sales Advisor to join our team in Lagos in Nigeria. This is a hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Lagos but some work from home is acceptable and should be able to identify and pursue new oppportunities to help us meet and surpass our business expectations.. As a Commission Sales Insurance Advisor, you will sell insurance policies to clients while working on a commission basis. You will also be responsible for creating long-term relationships with clients, identifying new sales leads, and providing prompt and accurate information about insurance policies and their coverage to clients. The more you sell the more commission, bonus , Allowance you get.
Location: Lagos Nigeria Only
Qualifications:
OND/HND AND Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field
Minimum of 6months of experience within the insurance industry or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and strengthen relationships.
Solid understanding of insurance industry products, and services.
Ability to communicate complex insurance concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
