Role Description

This is a full-time Administrative Assistant role located in Lekki. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the office, perform data entry tasks, and manage general correspondence. The Administrative Assistant will answer phones, maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and assist in coordinating meetings and special events. This is an on-site role and requires excellent time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with a team
  • Prior administrative experience is a plus
