Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in digital marketing strategies and focused on driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing and executing campaigns across various digital channels, and optimizing performance through data analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, using innovative strategies to accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement growth marketing strategies across digital channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media, etc.)
– Identify and execute opportunities to drive user acquisition and retention – Analyse performance data to optimize campaigns, landing pages, and customer funnels
– Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies
– Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI
– Conduct A/B testing and use data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions
– Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, partners, and third-party vendors
– Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
– Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Growth Marketer or Digital Marketer with a strong focus on growth
– Expertise in performance marketing channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
– Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Google Analytics, etc.) – Proficiency in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategy
– Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel optimization
– Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
– Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
– 3 – 5 years’ experience in digital and growth marketing and in startup or high-growth environments
– Familiarity with growth hacking techniques
-Master’s degree in digital marketing is an added advantage
