Job Description:

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the loan company’s operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning while driving the strategic growth of the business. The successful candidate will lead teams across various departments, manage key relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop and implement strategies to drive profitability and performance.

Responsibilities:

Loan / Investment Operations & Process Management

· Oversee the end-to-end loan / investment process, from application to disbursement and repayment.

· Monitor loan / Investment approval workflows and optimize turnaround times.

· Ensure timely and accurate loan / Investment processing in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

· Implement risk management measures to minimize defaults and fraud.

· Supervise loan officers, credit analysts, and customer service teams.

· Set performance targets and ensure employees meet operational goals.

· Conduct training sessions to enhance staff competencies in loan / Investment processing, risk assessment, administrative and customer service.

Financial & Risk Management

· Oversee client Investment, loan servicing, and dispute resolution.

· Monitor loan / Investment portfolio performance and recommend strategies for minimizing non-performing loans / Investment transaction.

· Work with the finance team and secretary to ensure accurate reporting and cash flow management.

· Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and profitability.

Strategic Management

· Anticipating future challenges and opportunities

· Implementing corrective actions when necessary to ensure goals are met.

· Managing team schedules and workloads.

· Analyzing data to make informed decisions.

· Keeping upper management or stakeholders informed about progress, issues, and achievements.

· Ensure data security and protection of customer information.

· Preparing reports and presentations on the key metrics and projects.

· Establishing guidelines for how the team operates.

Administration Management

· Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.

· Supervise support staff, including administrative assistants, cleaners, and security personnel.

· Manage office space, utilities, security, and maintenance to ensure a conducive workplace.

· Oversee proper filing and documentation of company records, including regulatory and financial documents.

· Monitor office expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives.

· Oversee the management of office assets, including furniture, IT equipment, warehouse, collateral submitted by clients and company vehicles.

· Monitor the graphics and contents of team member

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in loan management, credit analysis, or financial services.

· Strong knowledge of loan products, credit risk assessment, and debt recovery strategies.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

· Proficiency in financial software and loan management systems.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
