Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Lagos. The Business Development Manager will identify business growth opportunities, develop strategies to increase revenue, and build strong relationships with clients and partners. The Business Development Manager will also lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, monitor market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies and business development initiatives
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and closing large deals
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Aptitude in networking and building relationships
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Excellent leadership, management, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred though not mandatory
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
