Position Overview

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Brand Manager to oversee project delivery and team coordination while developing compelling brand strategies for our diverse client portfolio. The ideal candidate will excel at both team leadership and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive team performance and project delivery across all client accounts
  • Coordinate workflows between PR, creative, social media, and digital teams
  • Establish project timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently met
  • Lead brand strategy development and campaign execution
  • Manage resource allocation and team capacity planning
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
  • Oversee quality control of all deliverables
  • Maintain strong client relationships and communication
  • Monitor KPIs and optimize team efficiency

Requirements:

  • Cognitive brand management or marketing experience
  • Proven experience in team leadership and project management
  • Strong track record of successful campaign delivery
  • Excellence in delegation and workflow optimization
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with project management tools and CRM systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Understanding of the Nigerian market and consumer behavior
