Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Customer Representative at Travel Shop Ng in Lagos. The role involves managing customer inquiries, feedback, and interactions on various social media platforms.
Qualifications
• Solid customer service skills.
• Close Proximity to Ikota, Lagos
• Excellent writing skills with good attention to grammar and sentence structure
• A minimum of 1-year experience as a social media representative or a similar role.
• A year of customer service experience would be beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of the social media channels and their best practices
• Ability to provide a positive customer experience
• Ability to manage and handle customers on social media platforms like X, Facebook,
Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Working knowledge of social media tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
