Role Description
This is a full-time Telesales Specialist role, located in Lagos with flexibility for some remote work. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for providing timely and accurate customer support through phone calls, emails, and chat. The agent must analyze and troubleshoot customer issues with a problem-solving attitude while ensuring customer satisfaction and targets are achieved within the turn-around time.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proven track record as a Telesales Specialist
- Ability to think out of the box while solving customer issues to achieve customer satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- A degree in a related field or relevant work experience
- Basic knowledge of banking operations and regulations is an added advantage.
