- Collaborating with clients to understand objectives and develop marketing strategies.
- Overseeing event logistics, creative development, and execution.
- Managing budgets to ensure cost efficiency and meet financial targets.
- Preparing reports on campaign performance and post-event insights.
- Leading project teams to ensure seamless execution and adherence to timelines.
- Handling vendor management, staffing, and scheduling.
- Providing clients with post-event reports and recommendations.
- Overseeing the strategic development of brand experiences and campaign analysis.
Person Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in experiential marketing, brand activation, or related
fields.
- Strong understanding of experiential marketing and consumer engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience with data analysis for campaign optimization.
- Strong planning, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
