Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. As a Business Development Executive for our Manpower Provision Service company, you will be responsible for driving the marketing efforts and closing deals with potential clients. The role is commission-based, offering an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a competitive and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our Manpower Provision Services.
- Identify key decision-makers within target companies and establish contact.
- Lead Generation:
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Client Engagement:
- Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their workforce requirements.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our Manpower Provision Services.
- Address client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.
- Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with the operations team to create tailored proposals that meet the specific needs of clients.
- Clearly communicate service offerings, pricing, and contractual terms to clients.
- Deal Closing:
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close deals and secure contracts for the provision of manpower services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the staffing or manpower services industry.
- Strong understanding of the market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
