
Position Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through various digital channels. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for acquiring enterprise-level users through advertising on various social media platforms, controlling advertising marketing strategies and materials, and assisting the software service team in obtaining sales leads.
* Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, email direct marketing, social media, and content marketing.
* Develop and execute social media strategies to create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters to increase branding impressions and engagement.
* Use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, social media insights) to track campaign performance and user behavior, and prepare regular reports to provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competition landscape and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
* Experience in software service advertising.
* Ability to acquire and promote small and medium sized enterprise users to purchase and use software.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software).
* Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content strategy.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: 150k – 200k(Gross) plus sales bonus.
