Role Description

This full-time on-site role in Ikeja involves first point of contact, managing customer enquiry and social media activities. Day-to-day tasks include attending to clients, creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, analysing campaigns, and collaborating with counsellors to come up with marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and customer engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to create compelling content
  • Analytical mindset to monitor and improve social media performance
  • Experience in social media management tools and analytics
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and trends in digital media
  • Ability to work collaboratively and creatively in a fast-paced environment
  • OND in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Certifications in social media marketing are a plus
