
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Design & Management
Design, develop, and manage responsive, user-friendly websites aligned
with brand identity.
Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO readiness, mobile
responsiveness, and overall user experience (UX/UI).
Maintain hosting, domain, CMS, and resolve technical website issues.
Integrate and manage analytics/tracking tools to measure website
performance.
2. Google Ads & Account Optimization
Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search,
Display, Shopping, Video).
Optimize campaigns through bidding strategies, ad copy improvements,
and audience targeting.
Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROI, and conversion rates, adjusting
campaigns as needed.
3. Performance Marketing & Ads Optimization
. Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across search, display,
video, and remarketing channels.
. Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bidding strategies, and creative
improvements.
Track and report on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROI, and conversion rates.
4. Google Account Management & Troubleshooting
· Manage and optimize company Google accounts (Google Ads, Analytics
GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, Google
Workspace).
· Troubleshoot account issues such as suspensions, billing/payment
errors, and policy violations.
· Resolve technical integration errors between Google tools and company
platforms
5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
. Conduct regular site audits, keyword analysis, and content optimization for
higher rankings.
. Implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including backlink
building and local SEO.
. Monitor algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly.
6. Analytics, Reporting & Growth Strategy
. Integrate digital analytics tools to capture marketing performance data.
. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of
campaigns and website performance.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales) to align
marketing with business goals.
Required Skills & Competencies
. Strong expertise in website design platforms
. Hands-on experience with SEO tools.
. Proficiency in performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads,
etc.).
. Ability to manage and troubleshoot digital accounts across multiple
platforms.
Qualifications
. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related
field.
Certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or performance marketing are
highly desirable.
Minimum of 4years’ proven experience in growth marketing, digital
marketing, or performance marketing
