Location: Lagos

JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Manager will be responsible for pre-, during, and post-project activities, including scoping, implementation, monitoring, management, documentation, and ensuring that all the projects are delivered as per project management principles and techniques.
Responsibilities:
- · Oversee the development of the project scope.
- · Monitor and evaluate each project to ensure they meet company standards, budgets, and timelines.
- · Report project status and provide recommendations for areas of concern.
- · Coordinate and direct team activities for excellent project deliveries.
- · Draft new and improved existing project management office policies and processes.
- · Monitor and Document the project’s creation, development, and execution, as well as the project’s scope, budget, and justification.
- · Support in conducting proof of consent (POC) exercises.
- · Submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans, as well as the proper execution of said plans.
- · Meeting and bridging between OEM and clients to identify and resolve issues.
- · Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients
- · Provide technical presentations and proposals on projects to clients.
- · Designing and signing off on contracts
- · Participating in the tender process i.e., design, submission, and review.
- · Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- · Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
- · Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful projects
Requirement and Qualification:
- · Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related course, and must have completed national service.
- · At least 5 years of proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- · Strong leadership skills.
- · Good written and verbal communication skills
- · Excellent organizational and technical abilities.
- · Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
- · Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer.
