We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and enhance our brand presence. This role requires a creative thinker with a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including product decks, brochures and presentations.
  • Drive effective promotion of all products and services and reach defined targets for revenues, customer acquisition, etc.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, events, and traditional advertising.
  • Utilize SEO strategies to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
  • Oversee the management of the companies’ social media accounts, engaging with followers and creating engaging content.
  • Coordinate participation in industry events and conferences, including booth logistics, speaking opportunities, and sponsorships.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders to amplify brand messaging and drive engagement.
  • Write and distribute press releases, articles, and blog posts to promote company news and thought leadership.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing and technology.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing and brand management.
  • Experience in the software industry or related technology field is a plus.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Canva, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and presentations.
