Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Partnership expert located in Lagos Mainland. The Partnership expert will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships, sales initiatives, and effective communication strategies to drive business growth and opportunities within the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new business partnerships and alliances with companies, influencers, organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Work with leadership to develop partnership strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new and existing strategic partnerships.
  • Lead the negotiation and structuring of partnership agreements that create value for both parties.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term, positive relationships with key partners to ensure continued collaboration and success.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership inquiries and issues, providing ongoing support and problem-solving as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to align partnership goals and ensure successful execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop joint marketing campaigns, co-branded materials, and promotional initiatives to enhance the value of partnerships.
  • Coordinate with product and operations teams to ensure that products or services offered through partnerships meet partner and customer needs.
  • Ensure that all partners are well-informed about company offerings, new product launches, and changes to processes.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and success of partnerships.
  • Regularly report on partnership performance, identifying areas for growth, optimization, and innovation.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on partnership activities and impact on business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successful partnership development.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • A deep understanding of partnership dynamics, including co-marketing, co-branding, and product integrations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute and optimize partnership agreements.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), project management software, and data analytics tools.
  • Experience in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships.
  • Ability to negotiate and build relationships effectively.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
