Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Officer at First Cardiology Consultants in Lagos. The Customer Relations Officer will be responsible for managing client relations, providing customer support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to address customer needs on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Support abilities
- NYSC discharged certificate
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Proven track record in Customer Satisfaction and Client Relations
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
