
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 15 years experience in construction or a related industry, with at least 6 years of experience in a senior management role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record in leading and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in overseeing budgets, financial statements, and P&L management.
