Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Front End Lead at PayBuyMax Tech Ltd. As a Front End Lead, you will be responsible for leading the front-end development team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality user interfaces. You will be involved in designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces, optimizing website performance, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Must have built a fintech admin end for 5years
- Must be working or have worked for a mainstream fintech or Bank
- Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience in customer service and understanding user needs
- Knowledge of software development principles and practices
- Experience in training and mentoring team members
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
