Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute operational plans, strategies, and policies to meet the goals of the organisation. Continuously evaluate and modify tactics to conform to changing business requirements.
  • Implement changes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Supervise the distribution and administration of resources, such as staff, tools, and expenditures. Keep an eye on how resources are being used and modify as necessary.
  • Implement quality assurance processes and protocols, too meet and exceed customers expectations
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, track performance, and guarantee efficient and timely delivery of products and services.
  • Inventory management
  • Track operational efficacy by using data and Key performance indicators (KPI). Make decisions based on data to enhance procedures and get better results.
  • Work closely with Management by reporting operational performance on a weekly basis to achieve the company’s goals.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations management with 8+ years experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to solve problems and make reliable decisions
  • Accountability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operations management.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
