Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting
ICAN certification in progress or partially completed is mandatory
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
Good organizational and time management skills
