We’re seeking a highly organized Social Media Manager who understands content strategy, thrives on systems, and wants to help us scale our impact globally.
Your Role
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll lead the charge on planning, scheduling, and publishing high-performing content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You’ll bring energy and excellence to everything from research and reels to thumbnails and basic editing.
What You’ll Do
•Plan and manage social media content calendars across all platforms
•Design eye-catching thumbnails for YouTube and social reels
•Conduct audience and trend research to guide content direction
•Use basic editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.) to edit videos and posts
•Post content, write captions, and ensure brand consistency
•Track performance metrics (views, engagement, reach)
•Support launches, events, and live sessions with social assets
•Brainstorm and test new strategies for growth and engagement
What We’re Looking For
•Proven experience managing social media accounts (portfolio or examples required)
•Strong Canva and CapCut skills (or similar tools)
•Excellent organization and time management skills
•Sharp eye for design, trends, and storytelling
•Strong writing and research ability
•Bonus: Knowledge of content repurposing, SEO for YouTube, or AI tools for productivity
