Call Center Representative at Gidi Real Estate Investment Limited

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction & Support

· Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

· Provide accurate information on property listings, investment opportunities, and company services.

· Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring prompt resolution.

· Guide potential clients through the sales process by booking site visits and appointments.

2. Sales & Lead Conversion

· Identify and qualify potential leads from customer interactions.

· Schedule follow-up calls and nurture leads to drive property sales and investment deals.

· Maintain a high conversion rate by effectively communicating Gidi’s value proposition.

3. Data Entry & Documentation

· Accurately log customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.

· Update customer databases with new information and ensure records are kept up to date.

4. Customer Satisfaction & Retention

  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction post-inquiry or transaction.
  • Gather customer feedback and report trends to the Customer Service Team Lead.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Stay updated on company policies, real estate regulations, and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or telemarketing (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and handle high call volumes.
  • Persuasive and confident with a customer-first mindset.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if necessary.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to remain calm under pressure.
