As a fast-growing startup, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team and help accelerate our user acquisition and retention efforts. This role is ideal for someone with experience across growth marketing channels, particularly in media buying and paid acquisition, who can drive strategy and execute campaigns to fuel our expansion.
Position Summary
As our Growth Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a central role in developing and executing strategies across multiple marketing channels to drive growth and engagement. We’re looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented professional with at least 5 years of experience in growth marketing, including media buying on platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads. You’ll work remotely, managing campaigns from strategy to execution, with a focus on achieving high ROI and optimizing every part of the funnel.
Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement multi-channel growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Leverage media buying expertise to create and manage campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other key paid platforms.
- Identify and test new channels and tactics to expand user reach, increase conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
- Campaign Management
- Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across key platforms to achieve acquisition and retention goals.
- Create and manage detailed targeting and bid strategies to improve audience reach and engagement across platforms.
- Coordinate closely with the creative team to develop ad assets that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences.
- Analytics and Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance across the funnel, using data to identify successes, issues, and opportunities.
- Provide regular reporting on key growth metrics, including CPC, CTR, CPA, LTV, ROAS, and other KPIs.
- Run A/B tests and continuously optimize campaigns to increase performance and drive down costs.
- Lifecycle Marketing and Retention
- Implement and refine lifecycle marketing strategies, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging to retain and engage users.
- Develop personalized messaging strategies that enhance the user experience and improve customer lifetime value.
- Market Research and Trend Analysis
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitors, and new growth channels to keep our marketing strategies innovative and effective.
- Conduct regular audience and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities and refine targeting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on media buying and user acquisition across platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads.
- Demonstrable success in growth hacking strategies and campaign optimizations with verifiable metrics.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Facebook Ads Manager, and Apple Search Ads Advanced.
- Experience with lifecycle marketing, retention tactics, and A/B testing.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track ROI.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work remotely with a strong focus on meeting goals.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
