Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for daily HR operations management. This will include HR policy implementation, benefits management, employee relations, and personnel management.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a Human resources specialist in the Financial services industry
- Experience in the development and implementation of HR policies
- Strong knowledge and experience in Employee Benefits management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with employees, managers, and other stakeholders
- Experience managing personnel and employee relations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- An HR certification such as CIPM, CIPD or SHRM is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business Administration, psychology or related fields is required
