Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, organised, and analytical Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our brand goals, attract the right audience, and drive growth and engagement across all digital platforms.
This role requires a self-starter who understands how to build a strong brand voice, can create compelling content, and can analyse performance to inform future content and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
- Oversee daily management of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan and execute content calendars with engaging, relevant, and timely content
- Write, design (using Canva or similar tools), and schedule posts
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community
- Track social media metrics and report performance (reach, engagement, growth)
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and digital tools
- Support marketing campaigns and events with relevant digital content
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing brand or business social media accounts
- Strong knowledge of content creation, editing tools, and visual storytelling
- Basic graphic design experience (Canva or equivalent) is a plus
- Familiarity with Instagram/Facebook insights, TikTok analytics, etc
- Good communication skills — written and visual
- Highly organised, creative, and detail-oriented
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
