
Job Description:
As a Sales Marketer/Representative at Wave Beach Limited, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our diverse range of products and services. Your expertise in the sales process will be crucial in generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with excellent negotiation skills, capable of presenting our offerings persuasively at presentations, networking events, and trade shows.
Objectives of the Role:
Represent the company’s products and services by leveraging consumer research and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet customer needs.
Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
Generate leads and build relationships through organized daily work schedules, calling on existing and potential customers.
Develop and implement a territory action plan based on data analysis, adjusting sales techniques according to field interactions and results.
Responsibilities:
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities.
Identify prospects, set appointments, make qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business.
Possess in-depth product knowledge, conduct demos, and handle objections effectively.
Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation for executive-level presentations.
Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process, often including product demos and presentations.
Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure quotas are met and company standards upheld.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
At least 2 years of sales experience within a similar industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Proven success rate above sales quotas.
Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
