Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales and marketing operations, including communication with customers, sales training, sales management, and coordinating with the marketing team. The role is located in Lagos, but some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated success in sales and sales management
- Experience in training and coaching sales teams
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience in real estate or related field is desired but not required
