Fieldbase Services Limited is seeking a proactive and self-driven Operations Manager to lead our logistics, installations, and operational frameworks while supporting the deployment of cutting-edge Starlink systems for enterprise applications nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory & Logistics Management: Oversee the movement of goods from warehouses or agent locations to client destinations.
  • Freight Coordination: Collaborate with freight partners to ensure efficient delivery of stock and engineers across Nigeria.
  • Installation Oversight: Manage nationwide installations by coordinating internal and third-party engineers.
  • International Framework Development: Establish contracts and frameworks for managing installations outside Nigeria with third-party engineers and partners.
  • Data-Driven Operations: Leverage data to continuously improve operational effectiveness and decision-making.
  • Performance Reporting: Produce and present detailed performance reports to management, focusing on KPIs and operational targets.
  • System Optimization: Utilize and enhance existing systems while identifying new technologies to streamline operations.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate value-adding partnerships in freight, inventory management, and system development.
