Massive Dynamics is a new school online media and production agency in Nigeria. We offer full media production, broadcast and digital media services, with a focus on producing excellent and engaging visuals, international experiential shows, and capturing and reporting the culture from our unique lenses.
Role Description
This is a full-time Content Associate role to work on driving growth through content optimization and management for various media platforms. The role is hybrid — based in Lekki phase 1, with flexibility for some remote work. Daily tasks will include creating, writing, and editing content, managing social media accounts, performing research, and collaborating with various stakeholders to contribute to the company’s overall growth.

Salary range:N150,000 – N200,000
Work schedule:3 days onsite 2 days remote
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in a digital or creative agency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support transparent and effective collaboration
- Experience in web content writing and management to ensure customers receive quality content across all communications channels
- Proficiency in social media management to maximize promotion and engagement over various platforms
- Adept at researching to generate content ideas and provide accurate information to customers
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photography, and Videography is a plus
- Ability to work well in a highly dynamic and deadline-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Developing creative copies, and content plans to lead design and creative teams in executing digital media strategies
- Managing multiple client digital and social media accounts and implementing growth strategies
- Researching competitor trends and recommending digital and experiential plans to meet client objective
- Maintain social media accounts for clients
- Develop decks to pitch new ideas for brand growth
