Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Lagos. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and coordinating between clients and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include client communication, developing marketing strategies, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Account Manager will also monitor and report on campaign performance and contribute to the agency’s growth by identifying, pursuing, and acquiring new clients in addition to managing existing accounts.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams
- Proven ability to prospect and acquire new business opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
