Job Summary

The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is responsible for driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, partnerships, and market expansion strategies. They will oversee brand positioning, customer acquisition, account management, business development and innovation to increase Adlantique’ s market share.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and driving initiatives that ensure the achievement of the company’s business

growth objectives

  • Responsible for achieving the company’s revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Responsible for developing and driving initiatives that ensure the achievement of the company’s customer

acquisition targets.

  • Oversee the management of key accounts/brands.
  • Responsible for driving cross selling and upselling efforts within the business.
  • Responsible for the development and execution of go-to market strategies to enable the achievement of

revenue and growth objectives in line with the company’s objectives.

  • Drive the company’s business development efforts, securing strategic partnerships with key brands, and

enterprises.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and digital teams to enhance customer acquisition and retention

strategies.

  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and performance metrics to refine marketing and growth

strategies.

  • Identify new revenue streams, includingprogrammatic advertising, influencer marketing, and content

monetization.

  • Drive collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to achieve the organization’s corporate

objectives.

  • Drive innovation by adopting cutting-edge digital marketing and advertising technologies.
  • Supervise a team of account managers to optimize the brand’s growth targets.

  • Fluent verbal and written communication are also mandatory requirements.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8-12 years of experience in advertising & marketing agency driving business growth.
  • Proven track record of successfullydriving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Leadership and stakeholder management are essential attributes.
