Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Manager located in Lekki. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and engaging the community, developing and implementing community growth strategies, and providing excellent customer support. Daily tasks include monitoring social media channels, organizing community events, creating content for community engagement, and collaborating with other teams to enhance the community experience.
Qualifications
- Community Management and Customer Support skills
- Experience in Social Media Management and Content Creation
- Strong organizational and event planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with real estate or a related industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
