Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a marketing lead at Royal Integrated Ventures Nigeria Limited in Lagos State, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s services in the RMB/USD payment for B2B and B2C.
  • Lead campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate quality leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Service, to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
  • Analyse campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and media outlets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the financial services or trading industry.
  • A strong understanding of currency exchange or similar markets is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Creative, innovative, and adaptable to changing market trends.
