We are seeking a creative and innovative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Executive at Lagetronix, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, responsible for driving the online presence of our brand, and contributing to our growth. Key Responsibilities
Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Help in defining target audiences and refining customer personas.
Content Creation and Marketing:
- Develop compelling and engaging content for ads, social media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with the content team to align paid campaigns with the overall content strategy.
- Create landing pages and ad-specific content to maximize conversion rates.
Paid Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, budget allocation, and ROI analysis to drive continuous improvements.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to refine ad copy, targeting, and creative elements.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Utilize analytical tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of campaigns.
Social Media Management:
- Assist in managing our social media accounts, including posting, engagement, and community building.
- Support the creation of a social media content calendar and strategize ways to increase brand visibility.
SEO and SEM Optimization:
- Collaborate with the team to optimize our website’s SEO, ensuring high visibility in search engine results.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEM strategies to drive organic and paid traffic.
Business Development & Partnerships:
- Identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, forming alliances with other companies, and expanding the company’s reach into new markets or customer segments.
Qualifications
- BSc/HND graduate with a Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-5 years work experience.
- Passion for digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and web design tools such as WordPress, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
