Role Description
This is a remote role for a Chief Technology Officer. The CTO will be responsible for developing and executing our technological strategy for the organization. The CTO will also lead the day-to-day operations of our technology department, working closely with other executives and cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology solutions that support the organization goals.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in software development, including experience in software architecture design, development, and project management
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement technology strategies and initiatives that support the goals of the organization
- Experience with emerging technologies such as cloud computing, SaaS platforms, and data analytics
- Experince with backend programming language, API building and Database
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technological concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team of technology professionals
