• Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to support investment decisions.
• Financial Modelling: Develop and utilize financial models to predict future financial performance and assess the viability of investment opportunities.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of existing investments and recommend adjustments as needed to maximize returns.
• Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial, operational, and market analysis.
• Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of long-term strategic plans and investment strategies.
• Portfolio Management: Contribute to the management and optimization of the organization’s investment portfolio.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, build relationships, and communicate investment strategies and outcomes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all investment activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.

• Support: Provide support to the Group Executive Director in driving the strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA in Finance or other relevant Master’s degree
• Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CFA)
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment analysis, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role within the investment or finance industry.
• Knowledge of financial controller duties and responsibilities.
• Familiarity with investment regulations and compliance requirements.
