We are seeking a results-driven Senior Product Manager with a solid background in the fintech industry to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building scalable products that meet market demands and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product roadmap in line with company strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and derive insights to guide product decisions
• Ensure consistent product performance and continuous improvement
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in product management
• Previous experience working within the fintech sector is mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to manage full product lifecycles
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and remote team collaboration

This is a remote position, however, candidates must be based in Lagos for alignment with our operational schedule and occasional physical engagements.
