Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our clients. You will also lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high-quality candidate experiences and successful placements. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and Personnel Management
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and employee relations
- Proven track record in sourcing and hiring top talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
- Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
