Requirements

• HND or B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related qualifications is required.
• A professional certificate would be an added advantage.
• Must have 7 to 10 years of Banking systems and procedures.
• Good understanding of Business Change Management within the banking sector.
• Proven experience in Banking Operations.

Job description

• Responsible for documentation of SOPs, CRs, and Role matrices.
• Responsible for the preparation of Job Cards and user Manuals for use at Business Offices.
• Organizational change management.
