- Be responsible for formulating and maintaining a scalable, high-performance technical architecture, particularly in the areas of Java, Spring Cloud, and micro services.
- Ensure the company remains competitive in technology by providing a clear technical vision and leading the team in execution.
- Collaborate closely with business teams, understanding business requirements, and providing appropriate technical solutions.
- Drive technology innovation and maintain sensitivity to industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Rich experience and a strong technical background in Java development, Spring Cloud, and micro services.
- Proven experience in successfully leading technical teams, fostering teamwork, and encouraging innovation.
- Sharp insights into emerging technologies and trends, with the ability to integrate them into the company’s technology strategy.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills in formulating and executing technology strategies.
- At least 7 Years of software development/architect experience.
