
Role Summary:
Serves as the technical link between our customers and the operations team. You will diagnose vehicle issues remotely, provide expert advice, and relate with technicians to ensure effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform remote diagnosis of vehicle problems based on customer descriptions.
2. Translate technical information between customers and technicians.
3. Provide technical advice and manage customer expectations.
4. Schedule dispatches and prepare detailed work orders.
5. Explain repair estimates and processes clearly.
6. Maintain accurate service records in the CRM.
7. Receive and log inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
8. Prepare inspection reports, estimates, invoices, and maintain documentation.
9. Prepare regular reports on customer service performance.
Requirements
1. Technical knowledge of vehicles and diagnostic skills are essential.
2. Experience as an Auto Technician, Service Advisor, or similar role.
3. Ability to explain complex technical issues.
4. Proficient with computers and CRM software.
5. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
6. OND/HND (Business Admin/Marketing preferred).
7. 2–3 years customer service experience (automotive sector an advantage).
Reporting Line
Reports to Operations Coordinator/Manager.
