Position Overview:
As Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the operational efficiency and effectivenessof Smarterise. With a strong background in Electrical Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing energy projects, ensuring they align with our mission and objectives. In addition, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, optimise processes, and ensure seamless coordination between different functions within the company. This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of navigating a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
● Minimum of 5 years of work experience in project coordination, and/or operations
management, preferably in a startup or cleantech environment.
● Working knowledge of the power and utilities indsutry
● Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
● Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven
decision-making.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and
collaborate at all levels of the organization. Ability to communicate in French is a plus.
