Ditcosoft Technologies Limited is looking for an experienced Web Developer to join her development team, bringing your expertise and creativity on board to craft new designs and improve on existing projects. The role includes the maintenance and improvement of existing web applications, and interfacing with our clients as needed. You will work closely with our technical and non-technical team to create a strong digital statement that attracts clients and maximizes customers satisfaction.
Preferred Skills
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS
- Strong proficiency in PHP is a must have, understanding of SQL is necessary
- Knowledge of GitHub as a version control system
- Knowledge of working with tools such as WAMP/LAMP, Postman and other development tools
- Typescript is a plus
- Python and AWS Services (DynamoDB, S3 etc.) are great plus
This is a full-time role in an hybrid setting. Candidate must be able commute to our office 2 days a week and also able to work remotely from home on other days.
Responsibilities
- Utilize your expertise to implement cutting-edge web projects with responsive, visually stunning UI and seamless UX for optimal user engagements.
- Collaborate with other developer(s), CTO and stakeholders to bring creative visions to life
- Participate in CI/CD process, managing version control with your knowledge of GitHub
- Participate in agile development methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
- Contribute to the documentation of projects, features and internal processes.
- Recommend proven alternatives to achieving efficient results for business growth
- Continuously learn and grow in a supportive and innovative work environment.
Qualifications
- HND/BSc or equivalent degree from an higher institution of learning
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Web Developer with a focus on web technologies.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, approaching problems with solution-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Have a strong desire to learning new skills and technologies
