Role Description

This is a full-time On-site role for a Website Manager at Tress Trend Company Limited located in Jabi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Website Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s website, ensuring its functionality, content updates, and user experience optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years in website management or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Project Management**: Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure website functionality, security, and performance through regular updates and troubleshooting.
• Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of website content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
• Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and traffic.
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior to make data-driven improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, IT) to align website strategy with organizational goals.
• Enhance website usability and user experience through design improvements and testing.
• Manage website budgets and vendor relationships for tools and services.
