Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning for the Nigerian Market:

Thoroughly understand the Nigerian market, including culture, business practices, regulations, and develop and execute partner marketing strategies tailored to the local market.

  • Establishing Local Partner Relationships:

Build and maintain local partner relationships in the Nigerian market, collaborate closely with local businesses, institutions, and communities, fostering cooperation to achieve common business objectives.

  • Cultural Sensitivity and Communication:

Utilize excellent understanding and communication skills specific to the Nigerian market, ensuring all partner marketing activities align with local culture and regulations, facilitating effective cross-cultural communication.

  • Market Trend Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze trends and competition in the Nigerian market, provide the company with strategic advice regarding the local market, and compile detailed reports on partner marketing activities.

  • Local Compliance and Policy Adherence:

Ensure all partner marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and requirements in the Nigerian market, staying informed and adhering to local policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in partner marketing or a related field, with a preference for candidates with experience in the Nigerian market.
  • Excellent understanding and communication skills specific to the Nigerian market, with the ability to effectively collaborate with local partners.
  • Cross-cultural work experience, understanding the business culture and social context of the Nigerian market.
  • Familiarity with the Nigerian market’s digital payment and electronic currency industry, possessing relevant industry knowledge.
  • Strong teamwork and project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong data analysis skills, capable of making data-driven decisions to ensure the success and ROI of activities.
