Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Cofounder & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, proven marketing expertise, and a passion for building impactful brands. As CMO, you will lead Zylag’s marketing strategy, drive customer acquisition, and accelerate revenue growth through innovative campaigns.
- Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute Zylag’s marketing strategies to achieve growth and market penetration.
• Lead branding, digital marketing, and growth initiatives to enhance visibility and attract users.
• Oversee content creation, advertising campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social media strategies.
• Build and manage high-performing marketing teams.
• Establish partnerships and collaborations to expand market reach.
• Conduct market research to track trends and customer preferences, ensuring data-driven decisions.
• Optimize Zylag’s marketing funnel and customer retention strategies.
• Represent Zylag at events, conferences, and industry forums to boost visibility and credibility.
Requirements:
• Academic Excellence: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• E-commerce Expertise: Previous experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, or technology startups is highly desirable.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools, CRM platforms, and digital marketing analytics.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align marketing goals with business objectives to drive growth.
• Leadership Qualities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing teams and influencing stakeholders.
